Here is a copy of the final technical report on our building from the architect. The report is primarily in Spanish but with a summary in English. I have also translated the complete report with Google. This has worked fairly well with the text itself but formatting of some of the tables are bad. In any case, I hope this is useful for you. Versión en inglés a continuación.  Estimados copropietarios:   Control de plagas Como habrán oído o experimentado, recientemente hemos tenido problemas de plagas en la comunidad. Además de reportes de ratas observadas alrededor del edificio (y en una ocasión en la puerta de entrada de un apartamento), también se han reportado mosquitos y cucarachas. Tres empresas de control de plagas han visitado la comunidad y nos han presentado ofertas para controlar las tres plagas mencionadas durante los próximos 12 meses. La empresa con la mejor oferta visitará la comunidad el miércoles 6 de agosto, a partir de las 10:00 de la mañana , para implementar las medidas necesarias de control de plagas. Esto incluye trampas de veneno para ratas y fumigación contra mosquitos y cucarachas.   Actualmente, estamos planeando instalar trampas para ratas en varios puntos de la comunidad; fumigar contra mosquitos donde aún haya agua (principalmente las rejillas del patio trasero) y contra cucarachas en las entradas de los garajes. Les proporcionaremos información adicional sobre las tareas realizadas, etc., después de la visita del miércoles.   Saludos cordiales    Alf Ellefsen/Presidente de la Comunidad Dear Co-owners,   Pest Control As you might have heard, or experienced yourselves, we have some pests issues in the community recently.  Apart from reports of rats being observed around the building (and on one occasion at the entrance door of one apartment) there have also been reports of mosquitos and cockroaches. Three pest control companies have visited the community and gave us offers for control of the three pests mentioned over the next 12 months. The company that gave us the best value offer will visit the community on the Wednesday   6 th  of August, starting at 10:00 in the morning  to deploy the necessary means of pest control. This include poison traps for the rats and fumigation against the mosquitos and cockroaches.   Currently we are planning on deploying rat traps in several locations around the community; fumigate mosquitos where there is still water (primarily the grates in the back yard) and against cockroaches around the entrances to the garages. If any of you have suggestions about additional areas where intervention is needed, please let me know before end of the day Tuesday 5 th  August.   We recommend to keep yourselves and any pets away from the areas where the pest control are working on Wednesday. Estos son los planos originales del edificio, recuperados del municipio. Como pueden ver, muchas cosas han cambiado desde entonces, pero es interesante ver cómo se concibió originalmente el edificio. These are the original floor plans for the building which were retrieved from the municipality. As you can clearly see, many things have changed since then but it is interesting to see what the building was originally meant to be.
