What data do we collect?

The community collects the following data:

You directly provide The Community with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online to access the community web page.

  • Voluntarily provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

The Community collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your requests and manage your account.

  • Email you with updates and information related to the management of the community

The Community securely stores your data at Wix.com's data centers where Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted for added protection. All data is stored on encrypted disks in Wix.com's database machines. For sensitive data, an additional layer of encryption is applied at the application level.  

 

The processing of the User Customer Data may take place within the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, territory, or one or more specified sectors within that third country, of which, the European Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection (transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision).

The Community will keep your data as long as you are a member of The Community and use its web services.

The Community would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request The Community for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
